Unprofessional, family run show. Recently it was declared that Venu would step out of HR, and there was ray of hope. Unfortunately she cannot resist destroying the company and continues. This company is a shocker for anyone coming from a professionally run and managed company. The salaries are disbursed by the 7-8th every month and for senior ranks by I think 15th of every month, so if you have loans running, talk to your bank about a date shift, or simply dont spend if you plan to join here. Reimbursement policy is crazy, the Accounts has instructions to cut whatever and wherever possible, so that a person spends from his pocket to be on field. All in All a PURE Baniya company. Only ray of hope is if PG gets a divine light and gets people who can run the company professionally and to top this all, PG and his chamchas need to divest power to others. People specially in HR.

This type resignation letter you will see only this company Respected Sir, Finally my salary was released on 13th of this month but I would like to bring to your kind notice that I will not able to change my mind to revert with my resignation.My last day in company would be 19th of July i.e. on Monday as mentioned earlier.This is the 7 days notice as per my appointment letter. The pain which I have faced with my salary issue was the worst part of my life. I had commitments with my bank to pay of my debts,however when my salary wasn't released on time(i.e. 7th) it all went in vain. I have never faced this kind of issue ever in any organization. I was very surprised to get the response from the concerned department when I was told the fact that my salary was put on hold because the company had a policy that when someone takes leaves for more than 3 days, their salary going to be put on hold, however this is not mentioned anywhere in terms & conditions. Rather I gave prior notice for the same to justify my leaves. Now I am afraid that in future company might come across with different new policies which can again lead me into the same trouble. My trust towards the company is already shaken by this incident. Also the salary issue with the company was from the last 2 months, the salary which is mentioned in my appointment letter differs from the salary slip, I was told I am going to get 9000/- per month however salary which I get every month is totally different.kindly see attached document along with this letter Anyways I have grown in many ways here and I have enjoyed working here and appreciate the support provided me during my tenure with the company.

My dear friends, I had a very bad exp with Progressive. There was a very sincere employee here, named Mr. Shiva Das. He was so honest and polite in fact you can ask about his nature in any Progressivian expect two or three jokers i.e. Saket vohara,Sandeep Khanna, and Ashish Garg, He was so hard worker. He had dedicated his life to such a shit company. But at the last moment (at the age of his retirement) they sacked him. We always had a sweet time with him. Mover ever the person who used to steal the Hardware from the different client locations, he is awarded here. So all of you can easily assume that how bad they are . As far as my personal experience is concerned, from very first day I feel if this is place to work, than what would have the conditions in hell. Both the Prateek and Renu are running a detentions center. I request to you we all have to come together and fight against this company. Those people used to files false cases against innocent employees. We have to teach a lesson both the person. Finally my best wishes with all entire existing employees (not for spoon feeder of PG) for their smooth exit. I had learnt a good lesson if you are planning to exist from here, than take your salary first and than shoot a mail to those jokers, and forget about your rest of things like relieving letter. Otherwise if you are planning to go accordance to their policy (those are formulated in kitchen, while Renu is cooking and Prateek is cleaning the floor.) so forget about your every thing, may be they will keep you so busy you may lose your new job.Very Simple formula try to convince your new HR (where you are going to join).Take printout of all your salary slips and move away very swiftly. Otherwise Prateek Garg kee gulami hee karne mai jindagi beet ja ye gee.( otherwise you will have to spend your whole life in slavery of PG) Keep posting your feedback,but those should be from the bottom of your heart..... Can anybody tell me how many Muslims has been employed by PIPL? there will be hardly anyone also that will be very urgency of business need and then they will kick that person out from PIPL. I agree that PIPL doesn't deserve any ISO certification and specially ISO 27001 where they don't have applied IT security in place and no "Business Continuity Plan" tested on backup site which is PG's home. Who knows how there personal rooms will be utilized with Internet and Power backup in case of disaster. These all certifications are obtained by bribe only and nothing to say more as per my personal observation and participation in these PIPL certification. I wonder how these certifying bodies are running shop by issuing certificate in exchange of money.
