This is to the previous reviewer (the howler). You need to get a life and start respecting people. Howling at others is not cool...ya know. Guess what I work hard and still get howled at. You know why, because I cover up things for you. The time for me and the others to howl back at you is just around the corner. BTW, stop taking pot right now. I will go to the cops if you continue doing it...

To the previous reviewer. You must have been a terrible worker to get howled at so many times. Maybe you should analyse the repetitive mistakes that you made and improve your work ethic. Then you will get howled at less.

Previous reviewer is wrong. It is good only for a few people. Others are made to slog and yelled at. No respect for employees lower down the ladder. If not better pay at least they soon show some courtesy and know how to talk to employees. That is lacking big time out here.

I am happy with what I get paid here and with the work I do. Some of my colleagues have been in the company for a very long time so it does show something is being done right here. I like the work ethic and its just a job at the end of the day. I come to work, do my job, get paid and go spend the money I earn. Thats it for now.

It was quite funny reading some of these reviews. Comments submitted by immature, irresponsible people who will never be satisfied no matter how much they are paid. I have been with this company for 5 years now. The company gave me valueable experiences and opportunities to grow. All the people complaining here are only looking for someone else to blame for their inabilities and incompetancies. If you are good you get paid well. If you think you are good and do not deliver you get only peanuts. What these individuals do not realise is that when no one was giving them a job they were taken in by this company and trained in the skills that they now so proudly talk about. No company is perfect. This company has been around for 10 years now and is a wonderful place to work.

I think it high time that they go in for a brand chance and rename the company as Peanut garage designs because that is what they pay...peanuts. But you know it is good to be a white man because they pay them well. They have recently hired some sales guy for driving their business in international markets. That person does not come in cheap...does he. But Indians working in India...who have slogged for the immense growth of the company get paid peanuts. This is not fair.

Worst company. Worst Job. Pay not well. People working for 4 years and more are only getting paid well now. Even there not all get the same kind of benefit. The ones getting benefits now are getting the benefits after raising their voices all this while. Way to go boys. I am also one of the beneficiaries. Thanks to our united voices something is being done. However, is it too little too late. The functioning of the company is just like the way the Mumbai terror attack was handled by our politicians. Always late.

And don't you think you are overplaying the solid pay part of it. Not all receive equal benefits. These people work hard, slog their butt out, but because of the kind of job they do, they get paid low. Not fair.

I know who the previous reviewers is, but dude can't you see. It is only you who is benefiting. How about the rest of us? I have been with the company for longer than you are. There are few who have been there for longer than I. They can't do nuts or receive benefits whilst you get them. This is unfair treatment. At least if there is equality it makes sense, but this is unfair treatment.

I have been with this company for 4yrs now. The place rocks. I have already been to the UK and will be going again for an assignment in January. Good work, great colleagues, good pay. And solid company to work for. No fear of pink slips for us as long as we do good work since there is a lot of work in the pipeline.

The previous reviewer talks about the learning potential. How about earning potential? you get peanuts no matter how long you are with the company. Management always thinks of money. One is better off working at government establishments.

Solid company, with great learning potential. Company has an office in London. So, a lot of work from UK and USA is done. In terms of quality of work, this company is far ahead of the rest. This is the ultimate place for anyone who loves the interactive medium.

Money money money. Money this money that. That is all is in the minds of the management. Come up with crooked policies to ensure that employees work hard put in long hours and do not get paid more. You can join this company because the employees they hire are good. Otherwise a real crazy place to work in. Working here in their mumbai office is good because the head of office is a real gem of a person, but have heard of real crazy stories about the management in their chennai office. If you are in Chennai, do not even think of joining this company. Not worth it.

One of the best interactive agencies. They are very clear about their process. Once you are within the process and execute your job duties, there is no problem at all. Pay is on the lower scale, but yeh once you are with the company for a considerable period of time it increases. Growth is organic, they do not want people who are always walking up and down, furtive and showing too much of activity primarily because they know such kind of people do not do much work, but ideally end up screwing up lot of other peoples lives.

There should be a minimum slab that has to be set even for freshers/new employees. This is irrespective of whether anyone proves his/her potential or not. Also we are looking for rewards for efforts put in. How is it that we designers or people who worked on a project rewarded? I think this whole idea of remuneration being good for people who prove their potential is all old school. Something our dads and granddads talk about. In todays world, people just can't depend on remuneration. We need to be rewarded for job well done.

excellent place for people who want to learn all the time and move ahead in their careers. Remuneration is quite reasonable for people who have been there for sometime and proven themselves. This is not a place for people who are into job hopping.

I would not term my experience of being in this company as any good. The only good point of working in this company is that there is job security. The most crappiest people would be hired, but those people wont be fired because of the sloppy work they do. I am not sure why the management wants to take in extra baggage and end up having such people. If they really want to surge forward then they seriously rethink its policy of hiring the right people. But again you cannot get good people by proving peanuts. You need to pay more and ensure that you are in line with rising costs of living.

I am just shocked by what the previous reviewers have to say. Management may be good, but they are good in amassing wealth for themselves. What about the hard work we developers put in. We are treated like workhorses, but no benefits provided to us for the work rendered. No appreciation, no incentives for work done. How are all these monitored? Management don't treat us with courtesy and throw their mood on us as and when they please. Bad place for developers.

Nice place to kick start your design career. Remuneration can be a better. Abysmally low pays are a drain on the hard work we put in. Otherwise a good place to work in.
