Hi friends. Surprise Surprise this is important announcement for every one @ Polaris to understand and to protect our iemployees nterest and company's interest. It is that to tell you all the negative postings about our company is posted by someone from other company placed in OMR in to software only. No clear idea as to why they are spoling other company's brand, what is the reason behing and name in the industry by putting bad about other company without any cause. We have done through check and verification before disclose and finally we came to know that this company is only posting all negative writings about polaris & other comapanies. this is to inform all polarians that it is not done by any polarians or ex employees. this was done with the knowledge of mgmt and no reason. After going through all postings about that particular company we understand that something is going wrong there (All tracking is clearly says that it is from Photon). We have given our inputs to management to take action against them seriously and not to spoil other company's name. Our management has assured that they will definitely look into this matter very seriously and take severe action who ever is doing false notes on the public site. please speak to the managment directly if you have issues. Worst company. Worst Job. Pay not well. People working for 4 years and more are only getting paid well now. Even there not all get the same kind of benefit. I agree with the previous review.It is not exactly a company that is in the same league as the other IT companies. It is not a place where one should be looking a career growth. It is just good for a start, but after sometime employees should be looking at moving on. It is just not worth continuing to work here.

Average company for average-joe people. Not one of my fav' places to be working in. It is just good enough for someone who is not too keen on growing up in a company. It is good for a start, but not a good place to be hanging around if you are looking for a long term stable career.
