I dont like this company, I was working with them, if you are doing something different they will not ready to accept that, they want their ( sg ) super people to do that , then why the heck they are recruiting me. so only I resigned my job.

I joined this company as a .net developer couple of yeats ago and i have learnt a lot in the type of projects i handled in this company, and the project manager / delivery head gave me lot of opportunities to grow deeper in my expertise. I was always challenged by the project requirements and i dive deep into the projects to fullfill the scope. But time was always a challenge since we wanted to try out new things in each project. I sometimes work late hours to finish the tasks in hand. I was overall very happy being part of this growing company.

Everyone seems to have something positive to say about this company. But here is what I have to say. They were planning to throw me out in order to bring someone in. Thankfully, the other person declined the offer. They want their employees to be with them no matter what and expect such kind of commitment. That is fair enough, but they make you work like crazy and not compensate you and expecting you to be with them when you are being treated that way is not a fair deal. Come on guys. If you cannot take care of your employees, then do not even think of starting and running a company. My verdict a solid thumbs down.

Decent place and good working environment. Location of the office is also good. It is in a prime location. I hope they do not join the band and decide to move to an IT park one fine day. I just feel they need to pay more. It is a bit on the lower side.

Good company. Everything about this company is good except the remuneration. A bit on the lower side, but it is ok if you are a fresher. Once you start proving, moving up the ladder it not a difficult thing. Management is pretty ambitious and focussed on where they want to take their company to.

One of the best interactive agencies in the market. The emphasis is just not on design but technology. I could not be part of this great organization because of various reasons, but the way they went about the interview process is simply fabulous. They take so much time to ensure that only the RIGHT people are hired. They are in no hurry to jump and grab someone just for the heck of filling some job.
