Attending Interviews while working in Photon is embarrassing. Even insignificant companies ask why is Photon getting bad reviews everywhere? How true are the comments? Whenever we call a Photon employee for a role, they are willing to join? Photon sales guys are very aggressive and easy to recruit them. We don't hire techies from Photon. Training team must coach the employees to face the embarrassment outside.

Very Very Worst / Dangerous Place to our Health (Physical and Mental) and Wealth. They are cheating both clients and employees. No employees are working with satisfaction. Its is very worse than Hell. If you want to go hell..Go there..Otherwise try to go heaven like small companies. For them positive point is getting freshers with low cost (Around 7K Per month) with high quality (Above 75% without no failures history in acadamic). See they are hunting people of talented persons only. And giving more pressure and will make them as mental and so on. They (HR) People will give more and more offers to people. One more thing, joining is very easy in photon. But its very difficult to releive =from there. After putting paper only they will give more pressure and work. They will reduce your confident level. Photon's work culture is very poor. They cheat employees as well as the clients. They expect the employees to know everything and when there's a crisis the employee gets terminated. In one of the review meetings, the member was asked to read-out an artifact to the client to get a sign-off. The member did not have a clue about the artifact but was pushed into the client meeting to get a sign-off. The client eventually was choked to sign-off. When the member highlighted the incorrectness of the procedure, the member was attributed as a non-cooperative team member. The work is very poor and very few projects deliver quality work. A vast majority still delivers poor quality.

One of our newly joined recruit was carrying a printout given to him in which the company shamelessly claims it is CMM Level 5 certified. The clear bullshit here is, HR has someone permanently to track and post the positive comments from the department. Somewhat its worth, because HR atleast doing this work for what they are getting. Excellent place to learn and grow in your career, if you have the ability and willingness to work hard. The mistake Photon made is recruiting people solely based on their technical skills and not giving much importance to the candidate's attitude. The result is, there are many talented, but arrogant idiots who are typing negative comments using foul language, and make personal comments. I had an opportunity visiting Photon's chennai facility. Met their Sr. Management for a Sr. Role which was offered. My observation and evaluation here are not by jealously. Im not their past employee and not a competitor. Everything there is YUCK the moment you enter their building. Unclean and unhygienic restrooms. The reception resembles that of a cheapest whore-house mansion. The moment you enter their official floors, you are welcomed with a bunch of idiots sitting behind mountain of old-waste papers and i presume they are the finance and resourcing guys.. i think these are guys who are staying there as they are desperate. Any guy with a decent education from a nice university would not be willing to work in that appalling condition. You will be surprised when you enter the floors.. The entire floor dont have private space, cabins to improve productivity for the engineers

I'm ex employee of Photon.I want to point out a person particularly in HR.There is a guy called (S.M.L) in HR. Worst to the core.I'm wondering why the CHRO or HR Manager is still having him in team even they all know he is good for nothing .The worst behaviour i ever seen . His main job was to do Exit interviews earlier.King of politics.Who don't know even a simple XL to compose. The team will be clean if they throw him out. HR Manager - Did U know about his KRA in last one year? If you didn't check ,Pl do it.He is paid for coming office and speak everything Nonsense apart from his JOB.( He doesn't have any other Job).Any one in HR know what his day to day activities ? Is he given any job ? Can he do any job if given? By sucking other's he is still sitting and getting paid for that.Even you can't keep your team clean how come u can handle other's. I am working in bangalore for photon and was ref. by one consultant. to a surprise consultant was clueless about photon and my resume was modified accordingly without even my knowledge. when i attended my interview i was really shocked to know that my resume was not original sent by me. i got simply selected and they said it is very urgent requirement and put me into projects from very next day. People in HR gives lot of false promises. No introduction, training at all. I never met any senior management for the first few weeks and Joseph Ruben is very rude and dosent know anything. I hate this company and people here. No proper system for attendance and nobody monitors whether you are in or out.

when I travelled to the US 3 months back the tickets and perdiem was given only in the last minute and it was difficult for me to catch the flight in the last minute.
