In north region salary and hr not the only issue, service head's foolish attitude (Dileep ) is also a big problem . he does not (Dileep) know how to handle employee and client, whenever he got the promotion , lose the many contract. north service manager, account head all are the foolish attitude , they dont know how to behave with his employee and client , they dont have also any managerial experience. Statement post by someone , is totally fake , that the time of recession , Accelfrontline has terminated about 15-20 employees from north , also their management has started cutting 10% to 15% salary for about 4 Months, More over they started charging Rs 25 for TEA from each employees. There is long List of foolishness and unablility of Senior management . Senior management is untrustworthy .

During the recession period very big companies were started to layoff without proper notice and people came out from the companies were giving very worst interview to TV channels. Accel though a mid size growing company never adopted this kind of layoff methodology. It is a very good company for the way you want to build your career. According to me, wherever you work if you want to come by 9.00 AM and leave by 6:00 PM then IT sector will not be suitable one. Accel is very good company for learning more technologies and freedom is given to employees to carry out projects.

Last year it was a global recession every where and even so called professional big companies laid offs their loyal staff or given sabbatical for 15 days every month for saving few lakhs. Accel never betrayed any good performer even during difficult time. Not a single month, salary was deferred or delayed. Yes for under performers, it is a problem. Even so called professionals are taking about ethnic just like road side politicians. I am working here for more than 5 years. I find that many resigned employees have joined back Accel. This is the testimony of the work environment. Like developing countries viz India are facing problem, Accel being a growing mid sized company is also facing many problem and I hope they have good system to overcome this.

Any company is wonderful or bad in the way a person can see it. I have been working with AFL for quite some time and the one thing i learnt personally is you have to be a go-getter to achieve anything in life. The problem here is that managers are seen as venom and nobody wants to approach them. I have gone with all my problems to the manager either personal or professional and i have always been guided in a direction of the mangers perspective whether right or wrong and some of the managers have been blunt in saying they are not sure how to guide me. There are certain work pressures everywhere in the IT Industry no doubt abt it and it exists here too. HR has been a problem for quite some time and now things are changing from April 1st 2010 for the best. Finally all i can say is its a good company for people with a Go-getter Attitude. If you want things to fall in your lap without doing anything this is not the right company. The one thing everyone ultimately tries to forget is Managers are also Employees. Management & Managers are two different things. What employee goes through with the manager the manager might also go through the same with Management. So blaming managers or management is not the right solution for your personal growth pattern.
