Right now the company is not doing good. The management do not take any action on the current financial crisis. Salary is delayed. The company is not giving the last month salary and the settlements for the resigned employees. No body knows when the salary is given . HR people are not able to face the employees on salary issue. The fundamental benefit for working is salary. If the people do not expect the salary regularly, can join there.

I have been with MGL for a year and I know I have been in what would people say "The worst Possible Time". If money is only the thing you want then, it is not the place. This company is for people who are interested in their area of expertise and who are willing to put in that extra effort without measuring to a pay scale. I cannot comment on management and their decisions as frankly no one knows what happens behind closed doors. This company has very good projects / clients and if clients are willing to renew contracts year after year, then there is obviously something positive around here. This is a service based company, if people want everything, then join a product based one.

Hello guys, I have worked with mascon. it is good company to join. Work environment is too good. I have gone through the review given by other people. some people ask not to join MGL but they worked for 8 years with MGL and after leaving company MGL they are telling you not to join. MY question is "if MGL were sucking ur blood then why you have been with MGL for 8 year".

one of the lousiest company you can work with. dont join. your life will be miserable. no salary, no pf, no insurance, even if you fall sick or die, you will not be paid a single paise. they will even sell your dead body and make money.blood suckers. only boot lickers will get promoted and give big hike.

Corrupted HR, top management. No one know when the salary will be credited. The only company with CMM Level 5, PCMM Level 3 paying salary as EMI, January 2010 salary - splited into 7 installments. Salary also delayed. They wont credit the salary as they promised. They are not paying the PF amount properly. Please DONT join in this company.

I wish there is something better than -5, I worket in MGL for 2 years which means I was where I am was when i left the company. New intiatives and growth is never their objectives. Only surviving is what they know that too on employees salaries. To everyones surprise higher management slaries are in lakhs per month in peak recession time and continued to hire higher management with higher pakages when lower level employees were suffering without salaries for months. During my stint more than 60% employees left and many where ready to putdown their papars. SO ANYONE WHO GETS A OFFER FROM MGL cautious. DO NOT TRUST THE HR ESPECIALLY WHO ARE INTO RECRUITMENTS, THEY SHOW A BIG PICTURE. ALL THE BEST

This is def a great place to work as far as you have clear career aspirations and you are aggressive and a performer. When all companies went on a pay cut, the organization decided not to do but delay salaries... it has give a great career path for a lot of employees.... its def a good organisation to be a part of

worst company .....i resigned becoz of delayed salaries ...even after resigning pending salaries are not credited... and the worst nightmare is when i understood that money to PF account was not credited from 2008 onwards........please dont join this company your life will be wasted ........even a small computer accessories shop will be handled better than this....
