Worst HR dept. They dont respect employees. Relieving formalities are not at all smooth. If someone reveals that he got placed in another company, his relieving process would be a torturing experience.

Well this could be how all BPO sectors are. I did work with them for the first 2 years of my career before i moved to a software development firm. Life there was hell with politics and ego being the primary drivers. I did not see this in other companies since but again i moved out of BPO industry then.

Well this could be how all BPO sectors are. I did work with them for the first 2 years of my career before i moved to a software development firm. Life there was hell with politics and ego being the primary drivers. I did not see this in other companies since but again i moved out of BPO industry then.

Right place to begin your career. Well defined transportation process. Ethical Managers. On the whole a nice company for people willing to prove themselves. Company should be more transperent in Promotions and Stack rankings. You can find some nice friends in this company. No place for wrong people to work. Very decent pay as per standards and every extra hour is paid well. They respect senior employee working for more than 4 years and i am the one among them. If you are treated bad here then it's your bad luck and you may get the same treatment wherever u go.

Worst company. Don't even think of joining this company. They may pay better than the other BPOs around but don't fall for the money they have worst employees hired and you never know what new thing you would have to do when you walk into the office.

This company sucks big time,u hav to slog for 12-13 hors,,,with no pay,,after doing 11 hrs the will provide u with a 12 rs coupon.Team manger does not hav the people management skill.no work culture,bloody womanizer company.you wil not find quality people here.good days of suth are gone,,at time u will feel that u are working for peanuts

The bullshit place to be with. The company stinks to the core Major activities you will be part of 1. Prolonged Townhall meetings which will be as boring as political rallies.

I am one of the victims, I am residing 38 KMs away from the Centre... transportation provided only upto certain point and I am forced to travel by Public Services for more than 8 kms. Think about our body condition after put in 12 hrs and night stay... if we need to depend on Public Services in a mofusil bus stop... we have to wait for hours together to take the Bus and need to walk for 1 km where Bus will not go... when I asked my guys to drop ... they said ... we are dropping you from the organization... look at the wonderful approach... do you still think...you need to join?

No work and company not doing good. Recession has hit this industry hard. Hopefully, things should look up. But for the time being stay away from this company. Not worth seeking a job here. You folks would be better off elsewhere.

Friends, One of my friend left last week from Sutherland due to their misbehavior ... they will drop the people on the road after shift from the cab ... and we should not ask why? because of that he has been asked to go... look at the culture? No respect. Pleaes be aware of Suth

Worst company. Worst Job. Pay not well. People working for 4 years and more are only getting paid well now. Even there not all get the same kind of benefit. The ones getting benefits now are getting the benefits after raising their voices all this while. Way to go boys. I am also one of the beneficiaries. Thanks to our united voices something is being done. However, is it too little too late. The functioning of the company is just like the way the Mumbai terror attack was handled by our politicians. Always late.

They hire the right kind of people. Unfortunately, pay is very low. A few department heads treat their subordinates like slaves. Top management should profile these department heads and show them the axe. Not that impressed with the working environment and rewards are also poor.

Location is good and there is proper work life balance, but the pay is bad though and there is no respect. Growth is also stagnant. The rewards offered are also peanuts. One tends to wonder that an organization having offices in many countries would at least offer a decent salary, but NO. Salaries are bit low and it is better that a budding researcher joins other research organizations like Gartner or Forrester. This is no company for you if you think you will end up having a decent salary.

Bad team leaders and managers. One day you go you are put in one process, the next day you are in a different process. The cab drivers are equally crazy. They drive as if there is no tomorrow and it looks like I might get killed one of these days along with the others. Do not join this company folks.

Company is run as if it is a place to correct juvenile delinquents. Substandard in everything. Substandard employees, bad processes in place and notorious cab drivers who think no end of themselves. Do not work for this company

I just left Sutherland - because of their cheap behaviour. They dont care about their employees. Transportation would not be there after certain distance. They couldn't even imaging where the employees will go. THey are dropping the employees on the road. No mechanism to complain. Guys - be ware of... Suth

Only the pay is good. They pay better than the rest of the companies like Slash Support, Allsec Technologies, etc. Stupid management and a location outskirts of the city makes working here a mess. Worst of the worst employees are hired. I felt frustrated with the quality of personnel in the company. Better not join this company if the intention is to have a good work life balance. Your life will be screwed.

Stay away from this BPO folks. Although this is their main source of revenue and have been in the business longer than the other BPO players, these folks hire substandard employees and give a bad name to their company as a result. The HR team is useless and have very bad people on board. As a result, you have very bad coworkers. I was in here for only a month and was waiting to pack my bags and run off. Not a company you would want to get into if you are interested in starting your career in the BPO industry
