Management is pathetic and work environment is very hostile. Groupism eveyrwhere. Too much politics and favoritism. Only sycophants can survive in such a place. No growth in career. They will make sure you don't grow. Their compensation is also poor. Each team manager runs his own sub-prodapt with his own rules. Sick company. I feel a great relief after leaving prodapt. Due to personal reasons I was forced to take a job in Chennai and ended up in this filth. This is the worst company.

Worked in Pdpt for short time. Bad experience. Arbitrary decisions and politics made everything worse. VJ does not have intuition or good judgement. He prefers to listen to buttering, fake MBA types, and no calorie VPs. Advice for VJ: get some real work exp and see what your company is lacking, understand that just because you have money does not make you right. U lack ability to see through people and their intentions. u are not identifying people with talent. Get some confidence, grow ur own b*lls, and stop blving on guys who r feeding u nonsense.Stop firing ppl who make u insecure.

Its an excellent company to work and learn. because of few the name getting bad. Required VJ to concentrate on workflow of levels. that's may shorted out the present issue. otherwise its a nice place to learn a lot. Good HR's always help for growth and too all departments. Except sales & management who eats VJ money and helping for more and more politices.

Interesting discussion! ex CEO was a big politician/fraud helping some of his relatives who run a company in chennai. VJ has not had the courage to take on some of the older staff members. In the end this will hurt him since they have only served themselves all these years. It is filled to the brim with incompetent managers. a lot of the good guys got disgusted and left. VJ is a good head, but hands off. He needs to get rid of some of the old non-performing parasites he has. Also guys, some of your postings seem very immature. be objective and neutral. It used to be a good work environment about 5 years back but things have gone downhill in between from what I heard especially with heavy cronysim and sacking performers.When R was ceo he encouraged heavy politics. terrible company. incompetent VPs and managers. immature head, terrible career prospects. Money eaters in top management. No performance. You have to butter the head. This company offers no job security. Top management is haphazard and has no experience of managing. Company is not focussed. The owner is a young person, seems energetic but is regularly mislead by his top team. Too much buttering required. They hire and fire arbitrarily without any regard for your ability, if you value your career you should be very careful when you join here. Also be careful of backbiters in the top management and the fellow who have been there very long. Too much politics, working is a nightmare, and the top management is very rude with everyone. Work atmosphere is casual, and you have to find your own way out of the mess. There are some good programmers in the place but they cant help you.
