this company has broken records of all sorts of rubbishness. the hr keeps on getting rewards for doin nothing. while the hardworking software engineers get nothing for all their hardwork. these ppl don't beleive in quality work/ delivery to clients. for them a client is a money minting machine. IN SHORT client se paisa le lo aur uska CHUTIYA KAAT DO. later on when the client leaves they start blaming innocent engineers and fire them without any notice or compensation.

recent award function was too funny.....dumbest of people got best of awards. HR girl got 'Value Add' award.....and no one knows for what. hardly any scope for renumeration commensurate with ur work. these ppl treat employees like slaves. one time even HR ppl told to us a grp of ppl standing together for a smoke and taking break that we are production resources like factory workers and hence shud not take breaks. these people first of all hardly leave any scope for growth for u. then these ppl also don't let u swtich jobs. i have experienced myself. these ppl r registered employer on monster.com and hence have rights to play. i have seen many times with my resume i make my resume "Searchable by employers" and next day i notice that my resume is "Hidden from employers". so these ppl wont give u money for ur work. wont let u grow. and wont let u swtich either. so guys decide for urself about what the company is.

hi all at interraIT, i can see the frustration of u guys through this holy site, i heard that this site has been banned in InterraIT hehe, interraIT a place where LALAJI\'S driver has so much powers that a fresher doesnt even think off, fresher is a given a salary better than a pilot on papers and worst than a sweeper in reality.... its a funn place but only when we r in comms meet.. we laugh so much there listening to the stupid projects that are going on from past 100 years an e.g could be PROJECT FROM PRESIDENT OF BHUTAAN, IIT PROJECT HAHAHAHAHA.... cheers guys, just hope that comms meets keeps goin no matter how recession is there :)

InterraIT seriously needs to improve on processes, if it envisions growth in long run (which I seriously doubt). Though there are a few bad things (alredy discussed), the best part for the company is its informal communication (more reliable than formal communication), freedom of speech (if u have not tried it.. just give it a try... it works!), and the technical team (quiet wonderful ppl in here).

man lemme tell you my experience. one of the gr8 workplaces. i resigned in feb and am serving my notice period. and received a bonus that i-Pod for my performance which HR/MGMT/FINANCE could have avoided since i have resigned. Please name one company which has done that ??

Now, its looking like HR is trying to do its job....trying to move the people towards the good side.... N company its good for them as without the brains also they are here and earning more than IT guys.... Surfing for toastmasters is not the thing as its have its own name which is not via this worthless company... these HR people are of no worth but r the rookie n best performers as if ther are the ones getting the business to the company man.

There is lot of stress on people development. In fact the basic philosopbhy is that stress is the best way of people development :) there is stress to get even small things done. Anything with HR is always in progress. Appraisal are never done on time( this time it has been done before time becauuse this time they want to cut salary). But the biggest plus is that wherever you go after this, you will find that company as heaven on earth.. so for me this is the best a company can give !!!

I was in INterra for around 21 months and thanks to god after working in one of the most horrible projects i got atleast some job in other company. If you are dear to manager then you will get all, fame/power/money/rewards etc. Most of the people anyways are treated as labour there and have no growth potential.. Guys trust me this is one of the worst companies to work for.

In an IT company.. The HR is talking about the toadmasters club....... Now yiou can think..... Madam.. we are IT guys.. we have brains.. and company is paying for work not for club and to paste the pictures... so please.... shut up.. It is worst compny and every one know it very well.

Toastmaster's International, a forum for improving communication skills. I reuqest all people looking for genuine feedback to just google and find out the toastmaster forum of Interra IT. The competitions it has won against the likes of people in CSC/ADOBE/HCL etc. People looking for genuine feedback can now verify this by themselves rather than looking at rumours.

sorry those who are saying that no layoffs were done probably they are wrong in early 2008 around 10 people were laid off , ya HR have gone onsite when there is no job a company which doesn't have a development center there in US , why there is need to send HR folks to US. So HR treated as kings is all true and they are themselves boasting they have gone a few times, so a IT guy can understand he/she has gone just for the sake of going. if HR folks went for sales purpose god save the company as they cant even handle HR work sales is out of their mind. In my stay during the company no one from HR ever interacted regarding how is your work, how are u doing which is the main job of HR, there is no transparency

Worst company in Noida... Taken me froma good company and they don\'t have projects. It looks like a bad atmosphere. I just resigned from here. Really Bad. They deducted my salary at the time of releving. There is no induction and process like college projects. No body is responsible for any one. If you want to know where is the bathroom ask the manager.... just like that... Not like CMM Level 1.

yeah the below feedback is correct. even i received a gift as a token of appreciation in a party on the project's success. but wud like to make a correction. the mrp of the gift was 8200. imagine guys an 8200 bonus in today's time when layoffs, salary cuts are the rule of the day.

see this forum is meant to give genuine feedback. and not spitting venom. this being an anonymous forum competitors can spread rumours. don't listen to them all in all it's a gud company. doling out cash bonuses in today's time to it's employees and haven't laid off people. one of the companies in noida where ppl feel their jobs are safe and growth opportunites are there.

It is the best company in the world. I am in HR and gone onsite few times. Which other company gives such kind of motivation !!! If HR is treated like kings , imagine the position of IT guys ( bread earners) !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This information is a personal view. Interra is as bad as any other company. If one is good, he/she will land up in a company of choice sooner or later. I joined and left the company in just 4 months. I was shocked to see award ceremony of Interra IT on Interra IT's foundation day. You all will say :O "wat the hell even u r an outsider and don't know about the company". So let me narrate. On the foundation day Interra IT announces "Rookie" and "Star Rookie" awards to best 2 performing freshers. So the newbies in IT sector were hoping to see if they are considered best or not. VOILA!!!!!!! comes a surprise. The "STAR ROOKIE" award went to HR girls. Yes u read it correctly, "STAR ROOKIE" an HR girl in an IT company. So basically this company needs HR people and not coders. Sorry techies, interra not meant for you.!!!!!!!!!!!

In this company the management hardly cares about the effort. I remember a case when i worked in the company when one of the office members wroked so hard that he was working on all national holidays and couldn't utilise all his casual leaves. He received numerous thank mails from the customer but hardly any positive appreciation from Interra's manager but one day he couldn't deliver the task on time that too because he was working on project alone and the chinese team, with more than 4-5 people did it, and the manages came to his desk asking "WHAT BAD IS HAPPENING IN YOUR PROJECT". The company's onsite track record is very poor. They hardly send anyone abroad. They also recruit people luring them with the prospects of onsite trips but people have found themselves tricked at a later stage a few lucky ones could manage them out of this quicky, which i couldn't, while others have cried foul and got frustrated. In one case they didn't pay dollar money to an employee after he came back from onsite trip which ultimately they did when dollar fell from 46->40 in year 2008. WHOA!!!!!! wat a way to cut costs.
