Excellent people and management to work with and ample growth opportunities, If you spend around 2 years here, you wont have to look for a better option, you will have to choose from the best. I would not term it monotonous. There are ample opportunities on the creative front for a designer to exhibit his/her creative talents. Definitely a pretty good company to work in. At least I had total satisfaction.

ok company to start off your career in web design. But, it becomes rather monotonous after a few months. Mostly banking clients with hardly any creativity. cant blame management for that, but atleast they can look for diverse clients and better quality of work. Ok place for 6 months if you want to learn the ropes of web designing.

Good working environment. Designers have a ball of a time working in such a creative atmosphere. Brings out our creative juices to the core. Terrific management who practically know their job.
