They have a stupid policy which they change every other day...when other companies were firing ppl directly during recession, Infy terminated ppl by quoting violation of some crappy policy...the company's management was good until Narayanmurthy resigned...they also fool you with your compensation...you'll not even get 70% of your gross...most of it will be variable which they pay annually...I recently heard that in the name of training, they torture the new joinees by assigning practically impossible mock tasks....

Being an ex-infoscian, i would like to rate infosys as the best indian IT company to work for. Be it the respect at work or acting to concerns of employees, the management (i mean the managers who can address the problems) is very helpful. Benefits like food (more than 10 food courts and 22 caterers in bangalore),transportation are matchless. Every employee is provided equal opportunities without any bias. Remuneration is the best among all Indian IT companies. Location preferences are always honoured (even indian employees being deputed to US, UK , OZ).
