- Right now the company is not doing good. The management do not take any action on the current financial crisis. Salary is delayed. The company is not giving the last month salary and the settlements for the resigned employees. No body knows when the salary is given . HR people are not able to face the employees on salary issue. The fundamental benefit for working is salary. If the people do not expect the salary regularly, can join there.
